Fuelled had the opportunity to support a new client in co-ordinating their annual Medical Summit meeting in Berlin. The event had been run internally in previous years, however with the increase in numbers and the important focus on this meeting which hosted the company Medical Directors and Medical Science Liaison teams, our client required professional support to guarantee the success of the event.

Attendees travelled from all over Europe for the three day meeting, and engaged in various therapy area workshop sessions, training in the latest iPad app software, and two full days of excellent Communication Skills training hosted by the talented BodyTalk team.

Our main challenge was co-ordinating the various meeting sessions and workshops all of which were running concurrently throughout, and ensuring delegates received clear instructions on the meeting sessions they were registered to attend, as well as making certain that trainers and facilitators had full support from the onsite team.

We were delighted not only at the success of this meeting and the appreciative comments we received, but also the invitation to co-ordinate the next meeting taking place in Madrid.
